3Blocks buys and manages properties on behalf of many smaller investors. The model looks good, you can buy part of property and receive rent for it. It's available to anyone, but I don't see payment with wallet. It gives me contract to sign and I can't continue and verify what will happen. I don't see login with wallet too which is not good for me.
