Bullrunner is a run-and-earn game. It means that you are constantly moving within the game trying to earn points with your MOO (as your character is called). In theory it runs endlessly but obviously you are about to get killed at one point before that. As in many games there is a leaderboard but as of right now there are no rewards being distributed. Still you can start playing and getting some practise in before the distributions begin. As it is part of an ecosystem there might also be perks for upcoming games in play but that isn't confirmed as of now.
