Vetme has made a good OTC platform, but there is still little liquidity and offers. Placing offers is very easy, if you are doing this for the first time, try to create a deal in the Goerli test network first. I have not been able to use other services, apparently they are still in development. The team is very active and is constantly working on new useful partnerships and integrating their solutions into other projects.
