Coordinape is a pioneering platform built to empower decentralized organizations to fairly recognize and reward contributors. Launched in 2021 and used by over 40,000 individuals, Coordinape helps DAOs, communities, and digital-native orgs move away from rigid compensation systems and towards peer-driven, gratitude-based collaboration. Its core mechanism is the “Gift Circle,” a novel system in which contributors allocate GIVE tokens to each other to reflect appreciation and signal meaningful work.
