The vision of Cosmic Universe is to bring true ownership and decentralized governance to gaming. The team’s long-term goal is to build a sustainable game where player involvement shapes the direction of the universe, including in-game policies and economic structures. Moreover, Cosmic Universe plans to build a strong ecosystem of interconnected features, from character leveling and crafting to exploring expansive lore-driven worlds, all of which are influenced by player decisions. The project is designed to be a social and economic hub where players can form alliances, engage in governance, and contribute to the evolution of the game world.

Cosmic Universe has a detailed roadmap that outlines various development phases. The project has already completed several key milestones, including the launch of the COSMIC token, a 10,000-piece NFT Wizard collection, and the migration to the Avalanche blockchain. The MAGICK token, used within the game for transactions, was also launched as part of their early development phases.

In later phases, the project introduced gameplay demos and an NFT staking system. Phase 3 saw the launch of the “Dawn of Crypton” mini-game and the introduction of multiplayer gameplay in the pre-alpha version. Moving forward, the team plans to release the Beta version of the game and introduce a character and land rental program.

The full game release is expected to include new islands, more NFT collections, in-game festivals, and the integration of in-game DEX and marketplace systems. The long-term vision also includes ambitious goals like real-world applications of game assets, such as Enchanteria Village, which will be a real-world tourist destination tied to the in-game world.

The project is currently moving toward its Beta launch. As part of this phase, players will be able to access a broader version of the game, engage in early gameplay features, and participate in community governance activities. Additionally, the developers plan to introduce a character and land NFT rental program, which will allow players to rent in-game assets, expanding access to new users without upfront investments in NFTs.

The Beta release will also test key game mechanics, including player-versus-player (PvP) competitions, resource gathering, and strategic land development. These early access features are aimed at refining gameplay before the full launch.
