Yes, if you're a KYC’d user, you can redeem your TNFT at any time for the physical item it represents. The redemption process is governed by smart contracts and includes transfer of custody, payment for storage (if applicable), and identity verification. This ensures a trustless, auditable path from crypto to real-world delivery.
Tangible mitigates vacancy risk through a built-in 2% property value reserve. This reserve is used to supply yield during short-term vacancies. Once the property is leased again, a portion of future yield is allocated to replenish the reserve. Additionally, many properties are rented via government-backed housing with >99% rent reliability, making yield interruptions extremely rare.
