The user experience begins with creating a Universal Account, which can be set up using Web2 logins (like Google or Facebook), Web3 wallets (like MetaMask), biometrics, or mnemonic phrases. Once set up, users fund their account with Primary Tokens such as SOL, ETH, USDC, or BNB, which are then tradable across chains. This deposit experience is backed by two unique wallet addresses—one for EVM-compatible chains and another for Solana—allowing for fluid asset management across diverse blockchain infrastructures.

A key feature of the platform is the Discovery Dashboard. Here, users can explore trending and newly-launched tokens, evaluate their risk using automatic security alerts, and examine market categories such as memes, infrastructure, or AI. Whether you're on EVM or non-EVM chains, UniversalX offers a truly borderless trading experience without needing to juggle multiple wallets or addresses.
Through its Universal Gas system, UniversalX allows users to pay gas fees using any Primary Token such as USDT, SOL, ETH, or BNB. When executing a transaction, you’ll be prompted to choose the token you'd like to use for gas—this is handled through Particle Network's Paymaster technology, which manages and settles cross-chain fees automatically. No more swapping for the right gas token ever again.
If a token is flagged with a red ⛊ on UniversalX, it indicates a potential security alert. You can still trade it, but the platform encourages DYOR (Do Your Own Research). Clicking the token's “Info” section reveals details about why it was flagged—such as low liquidity or suspicious holder patterns. These flags are algorithmic warnings, not bans, empowering you to make informed trading decisions while staying in control of your assets. UniversalX features a 5-tier referral structure. Tier 1 gives you a 30% commission from friends you directly invite, increasing to 35% if you meet volume thresholds.
